Admissions Process

To apply, please submit the following:

• Student Enrollment Application
• WCCA Statement of Faith & Core Family Values – to be read and signed by parent(s) or guardian(s) and submitted with application
• Pastoral Reference Form– to be filled out and signed by pastor of your church and submitted to Admissions (admissions@westminsterclassical.ca)
• School Reference Form – to be filled out and signed by the principal of your student’s previous school, and submitted to Admissions (admissions@westminsterclassical.ca)
• Copies of the most recent report card and attendance record. If student(s) are home-schooled, please submit a summary of the most recent courses completed.
• A non-refundable application fee of $200 (one child) or $275 (families with multiple children). E-transfer to business.admin@westminsterclassical.ca

Both parents (if applicable) will meet with our Head of School for an interview. Students joining Grades 5 – 8  are required to accompany their parent(s) for this interview.

Parents will be notified in writing of WCCA’s decision. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a child’s space (for families enrolling two or more children, the deposit is $1750). This amount is applied toward tuition.
