Admissions Process
1. Visit the School
2. Complete New Student Application Packet
To apply, please submit the following:
- Student Enrollment Application
- WCCA Statement of Faith & Core Family Values – to be read and signed by parent(s) or guardian(s) and submitted with application
- Pastoral Reference Form– to be filled out and signed by pastor of your church and submitted to Admissions (admissions@westminsterclassical.ca)
- Copies of the most recent report card and attendance record. If student(s) are home-schooled, please submit a summary of the most recent courses completed.
- A non-refundable application fee of $200 (one child) or $275 (families with multiple children). E-transfer to business.admin@westminsterclassical.ca

5. Notification in Writing & Deposit Upon Acceptance
Parents will be notified in writing of WCCA’s decision. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a child’s space (for families enrolling two or more children, the deposit is $1750). This amount is applied toward tuition.
6. Apply for Bursary
Families who receive an acceptance letter and require financial assistance should apply for a bursary. Learn about Bursaries

FEBRUARY 15- Decision Letter & New Student Information package sent out
MARCH 15*- Signed enrollment contract
APRIL 1- First tuition payment due
*So long as space is available, enrollment is open until July 1.
RETURNING STUDENTS
FEBRUARY 1
Recommitment form due
MARCH 15
Signed enrollment contract and re-commitment fee due
APRIL 1
First tuition payment due
Application deadline for a September 2025 start is August 15, 2025.
Please note that a late fee of $200 will apply to applications received after May 31st, 2025.
