Admissions Process

The admissions process has been designed to ensure a good fit between Westminster Classical Christian Academy and your family.

1. Visit the School
Please contact the admissions office at admissions@westminsterclassical.ca to set up a time to tour the school.
2. Complete New Student Application Packet

3. Schedule a Family Interview

Both parents (if applicable) will meet with our Head of School for an interview. Students joining Grades 5 – 8  are required to accompany their parent(s) for this interview.

4. Student Assessment
This is for all new students joining WCCA.  Students will complete reading, writing, and mathematics placement tests to determine appropriate grade enrolment.
5. Notification in Writing & Deposit Upon Acceptance

Parents will be notified in writing of WCCA’s decision. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a child’s space (for families enrolling two or more children, the deposit is $1750). This amount is applied toward tuition.

RETURNING STUDENTS

Signed enrollment contract and re-commitment fee due

First tuition payment due

Applications may be submitted starting November 01, 2025 for September 2026

Please note that a late fee of $200 will apply to applications received after May 31st, 2026.
