Junior Kindergarten: Mon, Tues and Thurs at school; Wed & Fri at home

Non-Refundable Deposit Due Upon Acceptance

The Non-Refundable Deposit is applied against tuition in 4 monthly installments.


Application Fee
One child	$200
Two or more children	$275

The Application Fee will be waived if tuition is paid in full by April 1.

Bursaries

Bursaries are possible by donations only. The bursary awards are on a sliding scale, between 10-50% of the tuition cost. To ensure an objective review of applications, we have engaged a third party to confirm financial need: FAST, LLC.

For earliest consideration, returning families’ bursary applications should be submitted no later than February 1st, 2026. After this, families seeking financial aid will follow this policy.

Bursaries are granted on an annual basis; therefore an application must be submitted each year. The WCCA Bursary Committee will review all applications and grant financial assistance after reviewing the recommendations of the third party agency.

Interested families will be able to make a bursary application as soon as the process opens in early December, 2026. The FAST application involves a nominal fee per family.
